I look for the same patterns Ross does on the same 5 metrics: 1. News 2. Float 3. > 10 x AVG Volume 3. Above VWAP 4. MACD is Open 5. Micro Pullback or Bullish Flag

I love his determination and how he said he went through the course 6 times bc i usually feel defeated after the 3rd time bc i struggle to absorb information as well. Gives me some hope and determination.

this is a fantastic interview. The pain of losing usually gets to a point where you either quit or are forced to follow rules. I have heard interviews of Paul Tudor Jones, Druckenmiller, Sekoyta, etc who discuss this pain threshold as being their turning point as well.

Same for me! Like, when I started getting good, it was exactly at the point you stated. Luckily I made sure I traded simulators mostly and only lost a minimal amount in real accounts. But at that point when I lost my 4th funded account challenge, I was like, "I am emotionally and mentally beat and torn down, but I am way too deep and way too close to just give up." And now I am doing fairly well.

Hey coach! You have to get closer to that specific microphone to get the right sound out of it. That SM7B is notorious for having a sharp dropoff in volume when it isn't all up in yer grill. Buttery smooth sound when you are in the cardioid polar pattern sweet spot though. Thanks for the podcast!

Just an FYI, the possessive apostrophe after an S like in the name Ross can just be written as Ross' you don't need another S. I know this because of my own first name. However I was taught early on that Ross's is just straight up incorrect (which is technically inaccurate) but it looks weird and I have OCD so my brain just accepted it. Not saying you have to change it or anything I just find a lot of people don't actually know it.
@DaytradeWarrior2 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is correct, but we figured it was better to include the 3rd S so some people don't get confused. Love your name by the way! 😂👍
