My big problem was thinking I had to find a trade to be in all the time. When you say Focus on the A+++ setups, this is the gold idea. Thinking I had to have a green day every day was putting false pressure. When learning early on, some days you won't find a good setup. Not because it's not there, but because you're new and just can't see it yet. Don't be pressured to find a trade every day. In the first year, focus on having green weeks as the goal, not green days. Then you'll free yourself from needing to trade every day. Thanks for all your efforts Ross. We love ya bro.

Most of what Ross says, I agree with. But there are a couple areas where I think more emphasis couldbe placed, for beginners: 1) trade interest. he will dismiss a lot of trades that beginners can make money on. this is because he is looking for huge moves. he is being consistent, but it is at a different league level. obviously dont shadow him, but he's trading in a different league. 2) he is able to get out extremely quickly. its more than just hot keys. its heavy keystroke level experience, in addition to hot keys (which are weak on TOS). A beginner would likely be slower, and thus, hold the bag, because the loss is already too big, to easily walk away from. So speed is a huge skill to learn. Just my thoughts.

I've also noticed u don't have to trade the fastest moving stock or leading gapped. Can be a stock with only 5m volume that normally only has 200k volume. Relative volume produces the same result less risk of the stock dropping 20% in 2 minutes

Hey Ross, big fan. I always read or watch about your early days analysis of how you built your system. But, I'm kinda curious if you've ever analyzed says last 3 years (since being highly successful) your loss days? I'd love to watch an in depth analysis of those days and what you think did wrong. What the stats show ie ignored your rules or tried to swing for the fence you know what I mean. It seems like I am doing good trades just having a really hard time on robinhood to get into positions where I want and exit when I want because of how fast prices move. then I force my way in and get hurt. I watched this just for your background story. Thank you for that. That was super personal but i really liked your message of just freakin go for it whether you think you'll succeed or not. Majority of people never realize that and never make it out of the rat race before they pass. When I came across your channel I always wondered how you got so good. Nice content. I ll look into your live trading . But one point if you think the prop traders can't do what you are doing you are mistaken by a mile. They are faster in capturing the news and vastly faster in making buy and sell decisions. That does not mean there isn't merit what you are doing and you are clearly doing well and i wish you well , but just wanted to respond to that comment of yours cause it s not accurate. A whole lot of very sharp and smart people work in this sector and making money ,we can't assume a retail trader would have an edge over prop traders. Good luck and wish you a profitable year end
