That first cave where you have to crawl in is in my opinion the best base location for a duo team. I ALWAYS built in that cave whenever a server had the cave mod installed on the server. Definitely enough storage for weapons and food. Best storage mods would be gun rack and lockers. Also very easy to defend if someone is raiding. They either have to crawl in and risk getting shot or throw grenades and with another 1-2 walls inside it's even more difficult, almost impossible. I'd rate this base a 10/10. 👍

Those building that had the doors open on the prison island, are they classed as military buildings, and can you build a base in them? Or is it against the rules? As I built in one before, but my gate kept being either stripped by a player or something else. Like I would get off for the night and when I returned it was just the frame.

Yeah they're military buildings mate, also most servers don't allow building in military areas like prison island :P
