What the? The way the autogyro takes off in this made me lol. The rotor on the top isn't powered at all, it's a rotary wing that spins when the back prop pushes the craft forward. You'd need to move forward like a plane in order to take off, or stay airborne. Just an FYI for those unfamiliar. :P

On console if you drive a car 10 mph over a pebble it ruins, but on pc you can do 90mph and drive into a metal light pole and be perfectly fine

I have mixed emotions about planes and copters. On one hand, in an actual apocalypse, you probably wouldn't be able to get your hands on one (plus it makes DayZ too much like BF). But on the other hand, these things, ESPECIALLY a C-130, would attract EVERYBODY, then perhaps I'd get left alone for a while.

The Arma 2 DayZ mod had helis, they were rare things to acquire but your end game would be finding/fixing and keeping one.. i use to love it! And the feeling you get when you hear a heli fly by and you hide because you don't want to be found haha
