A server like this would work well on a weekly wipe cycle, where you have to survive for 7 days until it wipes. Anyone that dies and is banned during that wipe gets unbanned for the next wipe cycle.

When I was a kid I used to have this idea that a game where you can only die once and never play it ever again. They would dna test to see if youv played and if so then you can’t. Still think it’s be a cool concept and wanted it to be a map almost as big as our world with like 50 major quests and then a few thousand minor ones. Whoever lives and makes it through and gets all 420 of the secrets gets 1 mil. Something like that idk been a few years

Helpful hints: 1.21 changed stuff. So nothing is waterproof really, except the waterproof bag. BUT! You don't need it anymore. You can light fires with damp sticks and drenched paper now. The fire still gets wet in a storm but if not in a storm, you're good. Clothing now dries on you the same speed it dries off you, so no more stripping by the fire. Body heat now thaws anything frozen. And you can drink snow after boiling it in a pot without getting sick. Oh and fires get wet in train cars, even with doors closed. Also, you can't climb the water tower now to the top in Alakit. I've tested all of this, but only on one server. =)

OMG, I think that this was one of my most FAVORITE VIDEOS TO DATE.. the only thing I think I would have done differently is JOHN:you had the key to lock/unlock the doors, so you could have gotten the Zombies all into the barracks and then locked them in.. The dayz becomes a real apocalypse survival game when you are scared of dying... I hope someone will find a way for everyone to have this feel of being scared for life, without roleplaying (poor choice) and possibility of being banned on every server possible. Also would be cool if there was a way to spectate people on the server after your death
