DayZ PS5 Wall Glitch

29/8/23 Update: Still works post patch.
This bug came about following the whitewalling fix. I found it out because I kept falling through floors when backing into corners so toyed around with it and found that it can be done fairly easily. I can't be the only one who has backed into a corner to take a phone call or send a text message/order a takeaway etc so I imagine loads of others have figured this one out too.

I accidently glitched my car tent trough the Wall so i can‘t pick it up anymore and everybody sees it from the outside. I just wanted to destroy it but i will try this method😅

There’s so many wall hacks in this game. This is a new one to me, unsure why they can’t fix the whitewalling.

I robbed a few bases big and small im new but i was drunk and learned how to get thru. This seems way easier gotta try it

Can you glitch trough player base walls with that?

We didn't play about with engineering the glitch through the placing of objects and people etc. I'm now only able to glitch through a few walls since the patch, and it's a lot harder to get it now too.

They don't fix anything. They release updates where old bugs and current ones are remixed 😂 This sometimes eliminates current bugs, which then come back after a while when another loveless update appears. Login error since last update. Sometimes have to restart the game 5 times. It's now only raining in the game. There's a glitch with which you can look through walls and all textures disappear. No chance to hide... and and. The game will always be a pickle on the console 🎉

The looking through walls glitch was called whitewalling as I knew it. You'd go first person, crouch, walk into a wall, hold L2 to aim your gun and sidestep left. That's been patched, except in certain circumstances. I've heard of one where you 'surrender' and perform certain actions against a wall but haven't managed to achieve it so I'm hoping it's rarely effective.

​@@rossnoodles1293surrender back up all the way against a wall crouch then turn towards the wall so your knee is inside it go to first person and move your left stick back and forth

I don't understand your question. When you glitch through from inside, anything you drop appears outside and you can pick that stuff up again. So, if you can glitch into a base through the wall from outside then yes, you could loot the other side.

Mostly. It still works sometimes and in different places. I usually get it accidentally. The single barracks with shower room is one I happened across yesterday. I was getting messages on my phone so set a claymore trip at the front door and retired to a shower cubicle. When I backed into it I started juddering and that's a big tell. I kept going backwards while crouched and turned to the right and it put me outside as in this video. There's an amazing building which I can't post about because it's not mine to tell, but if you're on PS5 message me and I;ll show you if you get on and run with me to it...

I've got 8000 hours plus bro on dayz, if you need glitches to play your all just shit...fund a new game to play that cheating isn't needed 😂
