As a console player the one mod I'd love to be able to play with is the extra building stuff. The extent to which this server's medical goes is a bit too far for vanilla DayZ but you could probably incorporate some of the ideas to add some depth.

2:57:47 I've seen five UFO that didn't behave like conventional aircraft but had lighting like a normal plane. The crafts were triangular and they made 90° turns at high speed in formation. I don't think they were aliens though, that said there were no military bases in the area and no local airports.

The reason you couldn't go up that ladder is because the bottom is broken. If you go to the other side of the building there is one that you can go up.
