@@jaymtume9837 When Snoop first got into trouble with the whole murder case it was before Doggystyle was out so as good as the Chronic was doing they knew from Snoop being heavily featured on it his album could sell even more than The Chronic which it did. So I think Suge saw the potential in that alone. When he went to trial Doggystyle was a smash and yes they had multiple multi platinum album's at the time, and I think how Suge did take up for his artist's is what really made Pac want to be down with Suge even before he went to jail. We all think Snoop could have shouted out Suge more and did more while he was in jail multiple times, but I think I think it was 2 things. The first is he continued to say he wasn't paid what he should've been even after Doggystyle from all his other appearances and Tha Doggfather. So he had a problem with letting that go. 2. Snoop was always more loyal to Dr.Dre than Suge. I think he may have felt if he continued to fuck with Suge him and Dre wouldn't be cool again and look what happened ? He left Death Row and Dre laces him with B please, put a him on 2001, The up and smoke tour, hits him with lay low and the rest is history as far as snoop being back in the game as a major factor. So yeah I know Suge wasn't all bad, I think some artists just want to remember bits and pieces and not the whole man.
