Hearing stories from the Elders is so much better than reading the stories in a book. This is so personal, and Miss Lucille is a fantastic story teller. Jordan, you always go beyond what is necessary to tell a story. That makes the stories a lot more interesting.

I like the story Bill Cosby told about Ray, he went to Ray's for a visit. Ray was in the bath shaving and Bill kind of freaked out saying something like you'r gonna cut yourself want me to turn the light on? Ray replied why, would it make you feel better?

Great vid! I had the pleasure of seeing Ray Charles perform in the early 2000s, at the historic Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Fla. It was an amazing show--one funny thing I remember, I arranged to leave work early that day so I could meet my parents at the theatre, and a young co-worker of mine said, "You're going to see Ray Charles? Cool. Will there be a mosh pit?"
