Thank you Geoff 👍 For me it’s great to be able to share the experiences I had with my family and also some fantastic memories to look back over in the future. I do look back and sometimes wish I’d been able to capture more, but it’s getting that balance between recording the event and getting on with the running. Congrats! Don't beat yourself up about the legs & getting sub20. You smashed your PB by an hour & finished 30th. Awesome job!

Cheers Mat 👍 Yes it did just that, you had to concentrate where you put every step otherwise you would end up on your back. It was hard work but a great challenge.

Cheers Jon, great to hear you enjoyed sharing the experience. So what’s next? Well a bit of rest and recovery of course and then I’d like to get another race in before the end of the year, probably marathon distance I think. Then next year I have the South Downs Way 100 to look forward to 😄

Cheers Dean, I stayed at The Swan in Streatley. It’s a lovely hotel about 400m from the start/finish and I left my car in the hotel carpark for the weekend too which was great. Good luck with your training and enjoy the race 👍
