The Aston Martin DB2/4 MKIII - www.kaaimans.com/current-stoc...
The stunningly restored Aston Martin DB2/4 MKIII now available at Kaaimans international
The ultimate and most highly refined variant of the successful Aston Martin DB2/4, the Mark III was introduced in March 1957 and produced through July 1959 in both fixed and drophead coupé form.
New to Aston Martin, engineer Tadek Marek was given the task of thoroughly revising the six-cylinder engine - increasing output substantially. Front disc brakes supplemented Alfin rear drum brakes, with this upgrade being optional on the first 100 Mk IIIs, and this car is equipped as such. Styling and body fittings were updated, most notably with a new DB3S-style grille opening. This style grille would become a trademark of Aston Martin models through the present day. For many, the Mk III was the most beautiful road-going Aston Martin yet.
This Aston Martin DB2/4 Mk III is perfect for an owner looking for a sports car eligible for numerous events.
