There's a lot of perks and a lot of changes to those perks throughout the years. Asking your co-commentator if they KNOW what the perk does it you are unsure when an unusual perk shows up is totally understandable

As if someone who doesn't know a fact or another about the game would be less valuable. People can make mistakes and it's okay, just like you could make a mistake and that would be okay.
