Frame traps/staggers if they are trying to jump out/ mash on your mixup.Inzems opponent was too high level to go for mashes right off the bat, and inzem knew it, so he went straight for the “you’re giving me respect” mixups. If his opponent had have been disrespecting by mashing or trying to jump, inzem would have just frame trapped him all day.

promise you anytime I do shit like this I just get mashed on. The only reliable way I've found to touching my opponent is by getting random pokes in nooch. If I get them into a block string I'll try to mix by then get met with 5LLL

Gotta condition the opponent more. Start with some frame traps that beat their mash attempts. If they aren't brainless, they'll most likely adapt and start respecting your blockstrings. That's when you throw out the mix. If they never adapt and keep mashing, then you just have to keep doing frame traps until they die.
