There's wanted nerfs and then there's needed nerfs. Nappa is that very few that needs it. Along maybe 3-4 other characters. The rest just need some changes.

​@bobross4616 it's only saiba that needs minor nerfs like the invincibility adjusted to either only to assists or ki blasts. Nappas neutral is terrible overall he's carried by saiba which is why you see nappas get wrecked when they can't get their saiba setups.
