I'm here. I occasionally come by this channel to read the comments that people leave. I'm so sorry I never kept anyone here updated on what's been happening in my life. The years after this song was released were some of the hardest that I had to endure, and it caused me to rethink a lot of what I was doing in life. I never stopped playing music or recording. Though any major song release has been scarce. I have some content I'd like to share with all of you soon though. Just need to make videos. Life recently has been pretty difficult as well. So again, things are just really tough at the moment. I'll keep you all posted. Thanks for still supporting what I do after all of these years.

8 years ago when this came out, it helped me a lot with pushing past all the disapproval my parents were giving me about my time spent online. My parents have lightened up on it since then (haven't fully stopped yet), but this song still acts as a safe space for me to be able to come and be able to accept myself and that I am not wasting my time by doing something I enjoy. So I can't thank you enough for this, dBPony, and I hope for only the best for you.

My birthday was yesterday and this song couldnt explain yesterday more. Honestly the day was shit until I got online, and then I found out my friends bought me a gag gift of a game we all hate, and then we played it for three hours and it was incredible. Even a song from one of my favorite musicians coming out the next day is a better birthday thing than anything that happened yesterday.

The L-Train I'm very aware that the mix of this song isn't good. It was produced when I had a different set of skills, and I did the best I could with it given that if I had to record this song again it would have driven me insane. I'm very aware that this mix sucks ass. If you listen to my Splattack cover you can hear what my future mixes will sound like. This song is in no way an accurate representation of my current skills. The L-Train The way the guitars were recorded had a huge impact on the overall sound of the track. Had I approached recording this song today, I would have recorded them differently. It's all good though. Sorry I didn't mean to grump out on your or anything I literally just woke up when I typed that comment heh. There are a bunch of glaring issues that I can hear in this mix, which really drives me crazy to hear, but at the end of the day I just had to release this track with what bit of mixing work I can apply to it in the later stages. I started recording this track in February and had every intention of releasing it that month as well. Next thing you know one thing leads to the other and bam I suddenly realized a lot of what I was doing was totally blegh. But yea long story short I decided to just apply what I could to this track and then just release it. I wanted to just push this track out given that it would have been a shame if I were to hide it behind my closet of other WIP tracks that never see the light of day due to my perfectionist mind set and the high standard I hold against myself. Thanks for the feedback dude.

Gheedish I experimented with that, but with the amount of money I spent getting one of my tracks on Spotify, the fan interaction with Spotify wasn't really enough for me to justify dropping the money it costs to buy a UPC and then the labor to have it placed on a bunch of music distributers. Maybe someday in the future when the demand is big enough I'll return to placing my music on Spotify, but for now as it stands my tracks barely get a big enough reception to justify it. I just gotta work harder to get there. Thanks for the feedback.

At the end of the day it is what I wrote though, and I didn't really want to censor what I had originally wrote in the song. +CookieSoupMusic That does mean a lot, at least to me, that you did think about it quite a bit. That shows that you didn't just throw it in without thinking. And that is one of my main concern with swears, the more lackluster they are used, the less meaning they have, and they seem to be used a lot nowadays. Anyway, thanks for actually putting thought into that small part. It makes it a lot more impactful when used appropriately, and with thought, like this.
