I think The Universe 6 Fighters (Not Hit) should be higher, Kibito Kai though he didn't do much I don't see weaker than the Androids, Ledgic should be at least around Kid Buu cause it was Stated that Base Goku in GT was Equal to SSJ 3 Goku in the Buu Saga, and Ledgic made GT Goku turn SSJ. Mazaku SSJ 3 Goku (Buu Saga) was Equal to or Slightly Above Kid Buu, only reasons he didn't kill him is he wanted Vegeta to have a try and also Kid Buu pretty much had infinite Stamina. SSJ 3 Goku (Buu Saga) = GT Goku, while some argue Kid GT Goku isn't as Strong as his adult form, it's just less mature and developed, his power should've remained the Same and at least slightly weaker if you downplay him. In his fight with Beerus it was revealed that Beerus only used 75% of his actual power, because he wanted to see goku's potental, and while SSB may not be the 25% gap close he needed, Kaioken x10 while in SSB 100% would put Goku above beerus in power level is Beerus infact used 75% of his full power in their first fight.

Kid Buu is slightly stronger than Goku but do to the fact Goku didn't have full strength it was harder to fight him plus he kept using more power to try to damage Kid Buu, for all the Buus, Super Buu was the strongest and Kid Buu was the fastest and Majin Buu was the stupidiest.
