This is a surprisingly difficult to "connect" to from my PC. I had "assumed" that I could connect the PA2's USB port into my USB hub which is connected to my computer. But apparently not. Instead, now I can see that the PA2 has to be hardwired to a router port, as if it were a standalone computer which did not have a WIFI connection to my router. And then my computer, which has a WIFI connection to my local router, needs to "search" for the PA2 on my local network, as if it were another standalone computer on my home network. Whoa. Kind of tricky. Couldn't you just modify the Control App to allow us to simply plug the PA2's USB port into our local USB hub so we could access it that way? This is how we access an external microphone or external video camera from our PC's, and it works fine. Is this too much to ask? Thank you very much. :)

Hi there, and thanks for an in depth review. I just have one query, not a big one.... I am using the Driverack PA2 with my system, and although all is going great, I never seem to get a decent reading on the output level meters - both on the Driverack and my main mixer (Mackie 1402 Pro). But the levels are high at the speakers and subs. Whenever I have a problem, the natural reaction is to 'see' if I have levels operating, but not the case here. They are working but are operating very low to nil. yet I am feeding a reference level from my computer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!. Thank.

dear dbx professional - please tell us when you will release a 64 bit version of this app for Mac! After Mojave - from Catalina onwards - no 32 bit apps are supported. They are "history"/"outdated". Now the next Mac OS is coming out (Big Sur), and we have held out from upgrading from Mojave in order to still be able to use your PA2 app. But we really need to move on with the "times". Please confirm when the 64 bit version will be available so we can download it! Thanks!

hi I have a problem: all my speakers are EV - and the processor I have is the EV DC-One. This came with ready-presets for ALL my speakers (TX2152, TX2181, TX1181, ZX-5 and ZX-1). So it's very easy, I just select the speaker types I have set up from the menu and I'm ready to play. Now I want a second processor and was looking at this DBX PA2. Do you have the presets for my speakers that you can mail me so I can simply install them if I buy the PA2?

There will always be delay between L and R for the listener, unless youre standing right in the middle. What specific case would you need this for?

@@fabiuh991 when you are not standing the same distance from the 2 sourcess, there will be some phase issues and eventually bass cancelation. With varying the delay between the two, you will only pan the spot of phase alignment to a different axis angle... but you usually use mono sub speakers in the middle or multiple in line so that bass cancelation is minimal.

@@simonbezek6382 My intended use is for in house mostly, when using the 2x15" jbl mains spread apart they suffer from heavy low end cancellation, meanwhile i adjusted the delay between the two and it helped alot between 8 to 10ms, and i enjoy that punchy feel the delay provides

Y como usas esas funciones si eres dj movil? Tiene que estar conectado a internet desde el modem o router...como usarias esa funcion si no hay cinecciones a donde vallas???

No usas internet, solo usas el router para conectar tu dbx a tu iPad, iPod, etc. para poder controlarlo desde ahí pero no usas internet.
