It’s something a lot of pro VA’s do to get in character. Kevin Conroy talks about the way Mark Hammill changes when he plays joker. Bradley Cooper did a similar thing when recording for rocket, pretending to hold a blaster.

Every talented, serious, professional voice actor knows that it doesn't matter that you're only recording audio and aren't in front of a camera. Delivering a good performance, even if its just your voice, requires you to inhabit the character, you have to be in the moment being portrayed on screen. You can't be sitting down completely still and realistically perform an intense fight. Voice actors often are often even more expressive with their face and their body language than screen or stage actors are, that's why watching them perform this scene is so entertaining, even if you were just watching them in the recording booth and couldn't see the corresponding animation.

This was the time when Dragon Ball made the return which i was hyped af. After 17 years since the last movie Path to Power back in 1996 and 18 years since GT ended. After this movie came i knew something's going to happen like another series which i was hyped and after Resurrection F came Super made it's debut. It had some rough episodes with the animation but in the last ones in the Tournament they managed to fix them.
