I just realised vegeta has cracks on his armor after receiving revenge death ball.

He only has those cracks once he transforms into Majin Vegeta. If you look closely during the Babidi's Brainwashing cutscene, you can see that his clothes are still intact before he transforms. The only character who I've seen get their clothes broken is Goku, but that was in Budokai 3.
