Just to clarify, the reason the music sounds distorted is because Speedy recorded this dub on a vinyl record, but they fucked up and didn't punch the hole perfectly centered so the audio becomes stretched in places.

The reason why the music sounds so off is because the sound was recorded on a vinyl record, and the hole that was punched in the record was way off-center, causing it to rise and lower in pitch.

I have zero info on these voice actors' identities but Goku and Krillin's voices sound just like those Malaysian dubbers for other anime and Ultraman in the 90s-00s (look for those Cardcaptor Sakura/Doraemon/Ultraman Tiga malay dubs), confirming that this was dubbed there. (I thought this was dubbed in HK or Singapore like Transformers Headmasters at first)
