Gtfo Super sucks because of the art style and their tournament of fodder and friend ship power, but it holds up against dbz quite well.

Goku was in heaven when he learned this - in heaven Goku's body is recovering itself - he couldn't die second time, so massive draining of energy is easier to overcome. Gotenks is not normal Saiyan too, when he turned into SSJ3 - he is a fusion. (sorry for mistakes in English)

Eckoz Slovakia They never changed his voice from the original Dragon Ball when he looked like he was 8 years old, so it made sense back then.
