Gogeta is the strongest... While theoretically speaking, fusing Goku and Vegeta in their respective ultra forms would bring out the strongest Gogeta/Vegito, it is likely to be a short-lived fusion and way overkill unless they are on a quest to murder all the gods.

Years Later and this has been cemented to me as the best Dragon ball OST. When I heard this in the cinema, combined with the spectacular visuals, I was overwhelmed with emotion.
