If I would have had this as a little boy I would have been over the moon.

I’m more interested in the case behind it!

Haha, thanks. That case holds my 327th Star Corps Clone Trooper armor. I am making a transport case tutorial soon. Meanwhile, see it and many of my other cases at my Instagram, same user name!

How come Hasbro or any other company in the world never decided to bring out a Black Series gun roster. Selling replicas of Iconic Star was Blasters like the DC-15, E-11 or the B1 battle droids blasters

Just coming across your videos. Love your work. I'd be interested to know what black paint you used. On-screen it looks glossy. When I've used black gloss on my blasters they tend to remain a little sticky so always gone down the matt route.
@OddViking2 жыл бұрын
I think this was glossy, but I have since hit most of it with a matte varnish (from an airbrush), as it was too shiny. I would say Satin is probably a good compromise, but matte tends to look better to me too.

Now replace the grip with a luger, won't look different. Actually better if ya got tracer rounds. Even more so with incendiary tracers.

Are you able to see the printer lines on the parts before assembly? And if so, did you sand yours to look smooth?
@OddViking2 жыл бұрын
No printer lines, I filled and sanded every part (a few times) to get them perfectly smooth before painting. Bondo glazing and spot putty first, then Filler Primer.

What type of led did you use? Was it just wired to battery then trigger?
@OddViking2 жыл бұрын
Just a standard 5mm blue LED, the long aluminum tube makes it reflect a lot and feel brighter. Just a roller switch that the trigger hits to activate the lights, and the battery pack is a three AAA pack that just fit inside the magazine.
