Hi. I know it's a old movie but maybe you gonna help me. I want to use this controller with two traxxas 775 titan motors on 18v lipo I can change knob potentiometer to throttle pedal? And the second if one controller don't gonna handle two motors you think it's gonna be possible to control two controllers with one potentiometer?

That's my plan also except 2 razor motors driving ebike but with 60-70amp controller 3500w such as is offered on Amazon. I suppose with a little ingenuity you could wind a spring around the pot knob and somehow attach it to a pedal. I think integrating a twist throttle would be easier.
