Oh no, regeneration just needs a switch between the battery and the board.

Explain the 3 blue wires. What's the voltage output of all 3. I assume also it's ac current. The motor you were running looks like single phase. Is it?

Looks like it’s a DC 3 pole “phase” motor. The pcb fires off each coil in a rotation to create the rotation of the motor

The speed at the maximum lifting force is 2780 rpm. The battery voltage is 23.46 volts. How much is the output power? How much is the efficiency?

When you have to drill a plate with the marking on that side drill first with a small 3mm drill to get the hole position then turn it over and clamp it before drilling through the 3mm hole with a larger drill.

I haven't tried that but i think it should work .. Although its speed might be low cause there voltage ratings are higher 110v to 220v while this circuit is designed only for 36v max.. I will make a video on that to confirm all these details

Depends on what kind of motor it has, if it's a brushless motor then yes, but it's unlikely for it to run very fast.

I have been looking in to building a DC to DC , for a wind turbine! Any ideas? I want to convert the voltage over about 30v to amperage, and hopefully make it more efficient, I would like it to handle about 120vdc , since the voltage will swing greatly in operation, have any ideas???

James, a couple things before a possible solution - You cannot convert voltage to amperage, those are two different entities It sounds like you want to convert the output of a windturbine from about 30VDC up to 120VAC to power your home or something along those lines. If that is true, you need a DC to AC converter instead, also known as an inverter. See if you can use a low power UPS system and the wind turbine instead of batteries, just make sure the input of the inverter is rated to a large input voltage. Alternatively, you can look into getting an inverter designed for solar panels since they are designed to handle very large input voltage fluctuations

Since you want to charge a battery pack with it, you'll need to have a current limiting feature to prevent damage to the pack. Moreover, if your pack is made of lithium ion batteries, you should make sure that you have a BMS as well

Go for a 500W BLDC with a 750W Controller and a LiPo battery of your choice. It's fairly simple to do if you follow the instructions on the device manuals.

By removing the blue plastic cover you would better protect your circuit as the thermal transfer between the transistors and metal plate will be more efficient. The thermal compound surface under the plastic is sticky and soft, and the plastic cover is meant to protect that surface until the unit is mounted on a heat sink. Nice video, enjoyed watching it.
