I know Mcfarlane is perfectly happy with the Multiverse line but I wish they’d realize there’s a definite place for quality 6 inch DC figures as well. If he could continue reviving Essentials or Icons that would be amazing.

Definitely! Though I also really love the Select Zombie Spidey with the pull apart skeleton leg. Articulation aside, that set a pretty high bar too.

I don't know how deep I want to go on this line. I have the DCeased Supergirl already and the Dceased Batgirl preordered, but I think I'm going to keep it at that. I have these ladies regular unDCeased figures as well, so it serves as a Before and After. I'm torn.... But so is my wallet. #whattodo

At $30 a pop I decided to just get Superman for now and take it from there. I'm pretty torn too. I kind of like the idea of having them as a set to pull out at Halloween time, but at $30 a pop, those would be some very expensive decorations.

Don’t despair… McFarlane is bringing super zombification in the next wave of Lanterns! Jolly good review and that Bizarro custom would be quite good on this Supes for that Byrnes look.

Technically yes, but McFarlane heads are loose on these pegs and just kind of flop around, and they are a bit too big. But it can be done.

I appreciate you being straight with me Caleb, and honestly I hadn't thought much about how it would affect future rewatching, so thank you for that observation. It's not something I want to do all the time. Maybe every couple of months when I come across something I want to review but maybe don't want to keep. It's a nice way to give back to everyone who watches, and I'd be a liar if I said it wasn't good for subs and such. As a small channel, I need all the help I can get! BUT, since it will be a while before I do it again, it gives me time to figure out how to do it in a less obtrusive way. Again, thanks for your input.

Yeah, I agree, this guy isn't enough of a zombie haha it's hard not to look at the other side of the street and remember what Legends did with Zombie Cap and feel bad for this "halfbreed" :P

A thought occurred to me. If Superman was a zombie, would he rot like normal zombies or would he retain his invincibility? In Batman v Superman, Zod's body was intact, and Lex needed to use Kryptonite to cut his finger prints off. So maybe this would be the most realistic idea for a zombie Supes? I don't know. I could be okay with his body not rotting but I'd want more fraying of the costume and a lot more grime and blood (from victims of course) at least.

@@5POAFigureReviews When I think of the characters becoming zombies, I just can't help thinking we need to stop imagining them with their regular powers. Because if that was the case, I don't think he would become a zombie in the first place at all. I think the idea of zombies is just seeing them on that look which is a variation that is fun but I just can't conceive the actual situation of Superman turning into a zombie because his face shouldn't even look this way if he actually turned into one. But maybe I don't take that seriously enough xD

On the other hand, I feel like the novelty of a zombie superhero would be seeing the challenges of dealing with a zombie with so many special abilities but no mind or conscience. Otherwise, isn't it just a regular zombie playing dress up? I dunno. I'm torn on the whole thing.

@@5POAFigureReviews well, this fantasy idea lets you imagine it as much as you want, that's true! But then, I wouldn't understand why this Superman would have his face torn apart, if his body is the same, unless the virus or whatever zombified him caused his body to lose powers. But then the body is missing damages. The figure just isn't welcoming neither of the two possibilities entirely hahaha
