we bought the kit and can't get the contoller to restart pump after charging or battery goes down

All I can offer is to watch all the settings I show in the video. If you do not match that exactly it will not work in my experience. You can email support but communication with them is challenging and slow.

Honestly I don’t recall, but I think it was 12V. Worth noting I bought a fan that came with its own solar panel you see on the roof of the box, so it is a completely isolated system not connected to the DC House system. It would be easier to buy a USB fan and plug it into the controller that came with the kit, but I wasn’t sure if those USB ports were now 24V since the system is running in 24V mode. That would be worth emailing support about and see what they say is the USB ports switch to the voltage of the controller setting or are always 12V (outside my knowledge). That would be a much easier solution, but I had already purchased that fan/panel by the time I thought to use the USB ports that came on it.

Thank you for the video i bought this system and was getting the 04 error code and could not get anyone to answer the phones. I also got an 02 error code. Curious I bought a weather box also but it has a 110 volt fan. Is you joe got a 12 or 24 volt?

Are solar panels safe when rain water pours on it? Specially the wires, battery, and other electrical objects there which are exposed.. you are prone / exposed to electrocution isn't it?

Yes, the solar panels are weatherproof and the wires and the connectors they use are sealed. The controller that you plug the end of those wires into does not look water proof which is why that likely needs to go in the box I show.

Whats aeration do to the pond?

I’m not qualified to answer that, but we did it bc you can see all the weeds in the pond. We sprayed them with herbicide to kill them and when all that decomposes we are told it will suck the oxygen from the water and kill the fish. We spent a while getting the fish to where they are so I did it to try to save the fish. After the weeds are gone I don’t know what impact it will have.
