My bundle shipped yesterday so I should have it by Monday. This guy looks great, tbh everyone in the wave excited me but Spectre was the one I really wanted! If youre interested in reading a cool story about Earth 2 Superman check out Infinite Crisis if you haven't already Bones. Its really good!

Like 👍 69. Nice figure. I like that new double jointed elbow. The wired cape is exciting! Head swap aye!!!! I like the cover art from Crisis on Infinite Earths where Superman is holding Supergirl. In Dark Crisis they did an homage cover with Yara Flor holding Diana.

Pretty nice Superman. Really like the new body a lot. The face sculpt isn't that great, but you made it so much better! Great job as always! I like the cape as well. I much prefer plastic/rubber capes too, but cloth capes can be nice, especially wired ones. That "S" is really HUGE though! It's a real shame the back of his belt isn't painted. Unfortunately, I don't think it was a factory error, but a cost cutting measure. Similar to the new BvS Batman having a dark wash on the front but not the back.

I definitely want this figure. But the price was just too high for me. $100 for a pre order of a wave isn’t too bad. But when it’s like $140 or whatever, that’s a lot, that’s more than a mafex or mezco. I’m hoping we get a solo release one of these days. Maybe with a younger head scan. Figure looks great, and even though I have roughly 90% of the line. I couldn’t get myself to buy these. Even though it looks fantastic

I am a fan since year one, and one thing I hate is exclusives, specially when they are almost impossible to find outside the US. As for these, if they were regular releases I'd get them all, but since the price for exclusives usually rises a lot, I think I will be skipping them all.

Bones! Was that a Warriors quote you snuck in there?!? “Why’d you do it? Why’d you waste Cyrus?” “No reason…I just like doing things like that.” 😉 COIE Earth 2 Superman. I really don’t know what to think. The cape may be the best I’ve ever seen on a 6” to 7” Superman figure. It’s so well designed, especially the way it tucks in on the front. Love the color scheme. The sculpt captures the Perez Earth 2 Superman very well IMHO. I can definitely understand why many don’t care for it in and of itself, but blame it on the source material. That belt, though…”C’mon, man!” That’s like having to kick a field goal because you got called for holding on 1st and Goal from the one yard line. 😝 My set will be here Tuesday. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for no chase variants.

Todd doesn’t care about the dc multiverse line I’ve said it from day one and he hasn’t proved me wrong yet, no detail, lack of accessories, and the build a figures are always falling apart easily and that should not be the case for someone with a name like his attached but oh well to each their own.

Uhhhh...? Some of the most highly detailed figures at the $20 price point... Plus accessories seam to be becoming standard with about 70% of the line ..so I'm fine with it...👍💀

I haven't received mine yet, but that S SHIELD on the cape is ridiculous and the paint job on that belt is unacceptable. These are "premium" priced figures and should be treated as such.

It’s expensive but I can understand the prices for this since the cloth goods cape is wired. Getting one on the aftermarket would come out to about the same price. I’d want this for the cape and the chest so could paint black for the yellow so it’s like the 40s cartoon Superman. I’d switch with head from the other og comic Superman.

I really like this figure, would have preferred a smaller \S/ on the cape. I usually don't like cloth capes but it works well on this figure. My only gripe is that for the cost of this figure the belt should have been done. My figure has yellow under the belt buckle, really bad paint job on my figures belt altogether.

I just got my crisis wave today and they shorted me a spectre and gave me 2 psycho pirate figures and I just opened my kid flash and noticed he has 2 right arms! superman and psycho pirate looked fine in their packages but I wasn't looking for q.c issues now I gotta double check when I get home! this wave is shaping up to be a total disaster for McFarlane, price hike aside I've never had so many q.c and packaging errors from McFarlane! now I just have to cross my fingers that I don't get that platinum Spector as a replacement, I'm gonna request the regular one!

@@bonesandthenecrozoo McFarlane toys had already sent me a return label for one of the psycho pirate figures to send back and there supposed to send me a spectre when they get it but they haven't responded about kid flash and I'm wondering if I should just stick them both in the same box to send back but I'm worried if I do I might get another one with 2 right or left arm and end up getting 2 left legs for the collect to build moniter making the situation worse than it is now! I'm half debating on just buying another wally west by himself on evilbay so I know it's not fucked up because I like that figure and I want to try and shorten it anyway!... I think I'm gonna just do that!

Ya... They talked about it... Other countries refused to pay the elevated price .. So McFarlane had to eat it and lose money on those orders .. Surprised it hasn't happened again...all single release figures excluding Deluxe or 2 packs have all been under $29.99 for almost a year...👍💀

I really like the body sculpt of this figure, but the headsculpt is giving me a weird vibe. I'm thinking maybe because he looks like one of my bosses at work, lol. He's one of those weird bosses who seems to be in his own world, all the time. He always has the same expression as this figure. Creepy. If I am ever lucky enough to find this figure, I'm for sure gonna cramp down and paint the Chris Reeve headsculpt custom that I bought from ebay, and place it on this figure. The boots and "S" crest really made me think of that costume, and considering how tall he is, it would be perfect. Placing the first appearance head on him kinda gave me the Alex Ross Superman vibe, also. That freakishly large yellow S on the cape is my only disappointment with this figure, though. 😐
