according to the kawasaki parts website, this requires a relay. does your outlet work properly or did you install the relay off camera and not mention it? thanks

when you also installed did you say those wires that you plug into dc adapter is right there under the plastic.

Are the two power connector already inside the cover?

Yes the connectors is inside the harness of the black wire

Shadow Nexus! Thanks for both videos they helped me a lot. I installed the power relay, it was very easy. Now I gotta connect the USB port attached to my phone holder, which has a different connector than the one inside the harness of the black cable. I don't want to cut the connector off the wire in the harness, but I will buy the same connector and use it on the USB wire.. So, do you know what type of connector is this? Thanks again!

As far as I know for any Electronics you attached to the bike you need a relay switch.

jordan bass no how the bike is set up the only way you can attach any additional electronic devices you need the relay.

If your using an off-brand USB power outlet I can't really help you. haven't an experiment with one of those yet. Sorry but don't let that deter you. There should be directions in the Box they'll tell you or you can ask your local bike shop to help you.

Another topic some of these bikes are governed right from the factory by 8 Loop pigtail plug-in wire under the left side cover simply unplug it and tape it up this will give you a lot faster acceleration.!!! There is also a throttle stop on the throttle body that stops the throttle from opening wide open by removing the stop the throttle will open 3/8 father and give you 10 - 20 miles per hour top speed or faster acceleration.!!!! I like the bikes but they sound just like my 19 horsepower Craftsman lawn mower.!¡!!! Remove the heat shield from the muffler drill 3/8 holes through the outer skin start off with a bout 426 holes you can go up to about 12 make sure they are located where the shield will hide them when you reinstall your heat shield this will make it sound a lot better a aftermarket exhaust is about $750 this will do the same thing.!!!!!!

Shadow Nexus! just look at rpm and speed. i find it annoying a simple usb outlet is not installed factory. what do u do with one dc outlet i dont smoke
