I feel like they could have asked the two Zaris a question pertaining to her interests that only the real one could legit answer. Something along the lines of "What's your favorite lipstick shade?" or "What is your favorite fashion trend?"

Bishop said he’ll combine his clone tech with Gideon’s computer tech so they’re android with organs and stuff I guess. If Sara got stuck protecting the fixed point after Thawne, it would feel like her getting kidnapped again and the Legends having to find a way to save her so I like this way better although I had a feeling last week it would be robot Sara taking over once she gains some humanity again but I guess not.

There's no way Thawn is dead. He needed to temporally stop his heart to remove the bracelet, and have a replacement at the Fixed Point. What's his plan? Revenge probably, doesn't seem big on retirement.
