I think there's more than 3 meta powers. Mental, Electric, Rage are all meta for sure, but Atomic Tank, Water Healer, Gadgets stealth builds, Nature dog form, and Quantum time bomb builds are all good

Water and Atomic can’t do enough dmg, all they can do is survive. But Water is the strongest pure heal. Gadgets just depends on the player. Dog form….just no. Quantum only good for 4v4s and up. Easy to dodge the Time Bomb dmg in 1s and 2s. Mental, Electric and Rage are THE three.

I respect your views. Everyone is entitled to their own. I dont see how open world pvp is any different than the arena. A scrap is a scrap at the end of the day and thats my point of view.

Grinding 💀💀 theirs no fast way to max PvP in DCUO it's a grind but a fast way too get full 97 is too run legends PvP w robin or batman.

@@Ayauko1 always go heal unless the other person can agree too a DPS fight, but spec crit heals, 130 in resto and the rest in might and power if you have enough sp bout 750 then spec into resto and might fully put the rest in prec and add 1 too dom, health.
