superman has worn armor/battlesuits before, though mostly to have a layer of radiation protection from kryptonite. If you notice, Batman is glowing green, so he might have kryptonite enhanced gauntlets, thats why he went toe to toe with Supes. So Superman engages armor to try and shield himself from the radiation. Just a thought.

so excited for this game to be announced and especially to get a chance to play! so far so good! looks pretty cool and original. hope the fighting style options of mortal kombat x translate over to the game with an original idea for itself. we also need to get a load of characters to choose from. id trade in fighting styles any day for the prospect of a larger roster of playable characters! who cares if batmans rogues gallery is dominant in comparison to other heroes, they are the best in the industry and we all want to see them come to life on one great game and original story. who doesn't want to see freeze, croc, penguin, twoface, red hood, riddler, Ras, poison ivy, as well as the rest of that world like robin(s), jean paul valley, azreal and so many others. give us at least 30 characters at launch please!
