I have a question, i dont have a driving license but a state id will it work because I have never traveled in us. I m Indian. Also do you need to take out liquids at security or its like dulles that they scan it in the bag and no need to take it out

I don’t like that. Too much walking! I knew there is no electric carts. That’s too far for me! But I haven’t been in DCA airport before.
