That's quite the ambitious build you have going there, gonna be cool when done. Now here's where the 11Bravo part of me comes out.... your American flag needs flipped, the stars and blue field are always presented on the left, a common mistake. Carry on, you're doing fine. Celebrating 60 years as a body and frame man. 😉

Thanks for watching and especially, thank you for the information about the flag. They don't teach that is the public education system. Watch future videos to see that I change it. Thank you for your service!

One of the best choices of body for this project, 😊

@@sherrylockhart305 this project came to me by complete accident. I am glad it was this body style. I really like it too. Thanks for watching!
You have the rare opportunity to show viewers a vehicle for your wife and actually build it, D&D Speed shop was the first to ever accomplish this feat .

@@lethargicmotorsport2025 well, it has been a struggle to get her to come up with any ideas for me. I considered putting a 5.9 Cummins in it. She didn't say no. But it's a unibody and I don't know that it would handle the torque. Thanks for watching!

@lethargicmotorsport2025 we will see what happens. I think I still have a little bit of time to get that one figured out. I believe it has a 383 right now. It just needs some TLC. Merry Christmas thank you for your comments, the best ideas never come from just one mind in my opinion.

Just subscribed, I watched the last video when you used the trailer jacks to lift the body onto the frame. Genius idea man. I am building a 65 F100 myself and just did the tank and rear section of the frame, etc. my thought is you will need 7-8 body mounts per side of the frame as Ford used 7 per side on the F series trucks. very nice work so far. Cheers and best wishes for 2025!

Any reason you don’t put the air tank under the bed floor in front of the tank? I’m not sure having a pressurized vessel that close to the passenger compartment in the event of an accident.

Makes sense. Initially I thought it would be most convenient for running air lines. I am going to go out and take a look now to contemplate moving it. Thanks for the thought. I may have already mentioned this but I am learning each step of the way on this build.

Personally I feel that the head mounted camera is to jerky and distracting, hopefully others will reply whether or not they agree and you can decide from there.
