Hey Daniel, I’m not sure if this tutorial was in response to a previous comment I left about Micheal Hansmeyer’s Subdivided Columns, or if it was just your own ingenuity, but this is the exact style I’ve been looking to replicate for my architecture competition entry. Thank you for putting out these great videos!

It wasn't, I was out to lunch and looked at some tree trunks and wanted to make some twisted figures. Best of luck!

Hi Daniel, do you start your projects thinking of the final image? I been playing around with grasshopper as a tool in my architecture courses. I have never seen it used for anything artistic like this (outside of distorting grids).

Hey there, Grasshopper is what you make it. It is a tool to create. I use it in a professional setting, for architecture, almost everyday. Creating buildings and gather data to make them real ( areas, options, etc.). I use this channel to just create things but real world application using grasshopper can be essential.
