There’s no doubt DC can catch them. But I haven’t heard anybody mention the size limits on this lake during a normal tourmament. Almost all those smallmouth he caught wouldn’t count in a BFL there. The size limits given to these pro definitely made the lake look awesome.

That is what made this lake so interesting. We are catch weigh release so we could target the small mouth that typically aren’t targeted in a weigh in tournament

Yep, and I know it’s a blast. I’ve fished tournaments on that lake for years and it’s so frustrating throwing back 18-21” smallmouth because they aren’t big enough. You end up throwing back 3 and 4 lbers! Good job, congrats on the baby! Glad you all loved the lake. One of my favorites!
