DCP Abba Kyari to face Police investigation Panel Over FBI Indictment

Nigeria's most celebrated police officer, DCP Abba Kyari, is now the subject of an investigation by a panel set up by the Inspector General of Police.
This is coming on the heels of allegations and an indictment process by the FBI for which a Warrant for Kyari's arrest has been issued by a court in the U.S.

Though I’m not supposed to be commenting on this kind of things. Because it was things like this made me to resign from the Nigerian police force. As a Scotland Yard trained intelligence officer in the early 90’s. Of which I worked with the present day Oba of Lagos, Alhaji Rilwanu Akiolu when he was commissioner of police in charge of crime intelligence bureau at Kam-Salem house obalende lagos. FBI is not a political police as it is in Nigeria and Africa at large. They can not name anyone without any proven evidence linking such a person to the crime. It’s unfortunate that criminals will now have their freedom in Nigeria.
