1 small thing you likely know by now but just in case. That entire story about the Palworld devs receiving death threats was also debunked. Directly by a Palworld dev on X. Apparently that story, as well as 1 of the AI stories...came from a playstation fanboy that's well known at this point for blatantly lying about stuff they "know/heard". So what actually happened was that someone had A LOT of time on their hands...screen shotted the tweet claiming the death threats happened...dm'd it directly to the person the liar said he knew...asked him flat out if they knew each other... The dev said he had no idea who the guy was. And then later posted that the entire thing was a lie. And that they've received no threats from anyone on Pc, PlayStation or Xbox platforms (funny line of thinking that he didn't say Nintendo though, lol). As you guys stated during the convo...it's incredibly important to vet out these claims by finding out the source before running with it. You can likely find content creators (who are debatably fanboys themselves) that covered all of this on youtube. Receipts and all.

You do not need to do the lost sectors Solo to get exotics. Doing them solo only increases your chances of getting exotics. Exotics still drop quite frequently even with a full fireteam.

Digimon World: Next Order came out last year (2023) on all major platforms. Palworld is *SOOO* much further away from Pokemon then Digimon is. Yet The Pokemon Company is going after Palworld instead of a game that is literally Pokemon in Tron world. The real reason Pokemon is going after Palword is, because they are butthurt that a tiny team of “newbies” that worked on a “similar” game off and on for less then a year, can make a better designed, better looking, and better running game, than a multi-billion dollar AAA company with 100s if not 1000s workers working on a game for multiple years…

You guys should take a look at the studio of Palworld's other game: Crafttopia because on a surface level that game is a beat-for-beat Breath of the Wild clone. I noticed some commentary during the microtransactions conversation regarding it being "all about the guns" as well as something about function over flamboyance. The Eververse store is all about flamboyance and showing off. And I get the argument that in a looter shooter cosmetics in said store should be attainable and to some degree they are (bright dust). There is still loot to be obtained that's not behind a paywall. Naturally the stuff in the Eververse store will stand out and look better than what can be obtained in-game, otherwise, people wouldn't buy it. It's a good thing that the aforementioned "function" such as the gunplay or hell, guns aren't locked behind a paywall. Destiny 2 can still be enjoyed without partaking in microtransactions. Also, one does not HAVE to have everything. I also have this memory of Briar during Destiny 1 constantly saying he wanted the developers of Bungie to be driving Ferraris and whatnot. I get people will change their minds over time, but it's a bit amusing to me to juxtapose that then-Briar to now-Briar.
