The jeff is a very underrepresented aircraft. Absolutely love it. Sure it can't take all the ordnance of a 16 or 18 but man it's fun

​@@FA18_DriverViper is medium weight fighter while JF17 is low weight fighter! They have different roles! JF17 block 3 has more advanced Avionics than F16 block 52+ that Pakistan uses

Very refreshing to see a video not about a Hornet or Viper for once. I love the glass cockpit and large area displays, looks like this is most modern cockpit we have in DCS right now, even more modern than Strike Eagle, which still has 4th gen smaller displays. If you could do a video showing the display functions would be great!

@KeenanLacelle They have been used in a lot of counter insurgency and skirmishes with India. The Jeff is a pretty lethal platform.

Should have shown thunder in Pakistani livery. Both PAF and PLAAF are highly interoperable and might operate together in the Laddakh theatre in future. Would have been far more realistic depiction as PLAAF does not operate the thunders itself.

@Rodz88 Rodz, as i am interested in the JF-17, i have just one question 😀. Is it possible to carry, on the same flight, pods for BRM-1 (laser guided rockets) and SD-10 (Fox3 missiles) ? I have the impression that this is not possible because these 2 types of weapons seem to be placed on the same pylon. Thanks a lot.

Essentially, the Jeff is a very cheap missile carrier that can carry out a semi decent dog fight as a side quest. That covers 95% of missions for a country with zero imperial ambitions.

Jef was really simple to learn getting into DCS. I still dont know what anything means and can still take out ground or air

they nerfed the sht out of the Jeffs weapons aswell sadly. Not sure if certain pilots of certain jets being on the receiving end complained about it because they couldnt handle a jet that was actually better

I heard they nerf the fox 3 Air to Air missile, else it was the best in DCS World. The rest im not sure of, but i think the GB-6 SFW used to be OP too last time. Now the percentage of hitting all targets in the same area are lesser now. Maybe i just deploy the weapon incorrectly

yes they are. they use the same pod, only the rockets are different (unguided / laser guided)

Your video is good and very well shot, but there is a lot of American propaganda in it, which is conducted in this game, the Chinese markings on the planes attack Russian-type vehicles, and you shouldn't have put American vehicles many do so and it is obvious and vile from the creators of the videos themselves 😒😒
