Do you have a tip how to attack "stealthy" in M2000C? Mig29 has EOS but how to get someone with magics so he doesnt know hes locked?

Bind a key to silence your radar emissions and with magics selected they’ll acquire targets that pass near your gun cross, then automatically uncage and track them. I forget the keybind name but you can also set the Magics to act as a sort of pseudo-EO mode; they scan a pattern across a large square area in the HUD and will track anything they acquire. What you can also do is just use the radar’s ACM modes to lock people up at close range, then cycle the lock type back to TWS, so you get tracking info and can slave Magics to the lock, but they don’t get a solid lock notification - well, they do at the point of you acquiring them, but if you cycle to TWS quickly they might just disregard it.

@@gnomisa I think there’s an actual selector on the radar power switch for “silent” it displays “SIL” on your HUD when you select it - but I guess standby probably achieves the same thing.

I have a question for you bullet. I'm currently using the HOTAS Warthog throttle and wanted to know if war thunder gives you the capability to use dual throttle without having to do the weird engine 1 engine 2 controls.

I can’t remember the name of it, but it’s not a radar mode, it’s using the Magic seeker heads as a pseudo EO sensor. I’m away until Monday but I’ll try to remember to reply back again after checking it.

Not a single flare and all 3 missile miss? Specially the last 2?, have you checked your Pin and Latency? You may have a high ping and latency and just warping out of the missile path

I could’ve sworn I was pumping them out at the time but just went to rewatch before replying and you’re right. My ping is generally around 27 but it’s a US server, think I remember seeing 107 on the scoreboard - it’s not unusually high either way. Mirage is just cracked and I got lucky with prox fuses - my best explanation.

Pretty much everything’s maxed apart from stuff like chimney smoke, shadows and clouds, but I’ve lowered my in game resolution to 1080p. Makes spotting an ass-ton easier and almost doubled my FPS, Enigma’s server was completely unplayable before because I was blind to contacts and the stuttering made keeping visual borderline impossible. For what you lose in visual clarity you gain in playability, and at least for me, it doesn’t really look any worse on a 2k monitor.

@@Bullet4MyEnemy did u use the same setting for enigma? How’s your rig perform? My current setting for this server similar like yours, different was i keep my resolution to 2k and msaa 4x. I just turn off the terrain shadow. I got from 30fps to 70fps and sometimes 100fps

@@noraswatinfotainment Performs a little better on Enigma’s, I think they must’ve been able to fine tune the scripts or something. Happy with it as it is now, I just couldn’t see contacts in 1440p, they show up too small at range, I can spot contacts visually at like 30 miles in 1080p if they’re against a solid colour background, makes a world of difference.

If you search Tempest or Blue Flash it should come up - I actually found it by filtering by player count, it was in the top 5.
