You're a legend mate. Enjoyed every second of this, created my own map along with you for me and mate to fly together. He is going to do some Ground Attack in the SU-25T while I escort in my F14 Tomcat. Hoping he will buy it so he can RIO for me or vice versa. Thanks for including some RAAF fellas in there as well. Where exactly do I get those group templates? For me the list has a Patriot site for the US and a small SA-10 site for Russia, but that's it. Do they come with the gulf or some other map? Or am I just an idiot and missing something obvious?

@@Spudknocker I should be. At least my version number matches the one given for the beta at their site. I guess I'll try to repair my dcs and see if that helps. Luckily this is not that critical of a problem, since I just make some simple missions for myself and a couple of friends. It just would be a lot easier to use ready templates for SAM sites than to just make up something and hope it works. EDIT: Still empty after a repair. EDIT #2: Took a look at the template file and indeed, there was only 2 groups for SA-11 (one of them is probably my doing), 2 SA-10 groups, 4 Patriot groups (again, one probably mine) and an insurgent mortar group. EDIT #3: Found the original templates in a "templates.lua" file in the "DCS World\MissionEditor\data\scripts" folder. Overwrote the file in the "Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\MissionEditor" and now I can see the templates just fine.

thanks but not much fun when you know what to expect... Have been bashing my head against DCS planner for a few days now and I have to say clicking "CAMPAIGN" in Falcon BMS and go fly regardless of the lesser graphics is far and beyond better then what DCS has to offer.
