After all rock'n'roll comes from blues, and blues is an incredibly efficient genre, with riffs sometimes written on 2 or 3 notes. All is about rythm, and the drummer makes his job here, with those amazing breaks.

It's in E standart E B G D 5 A 7 - 5 - 7 - 5 E 0 3 (you can bend a bit) - 0 - - - 0 - 3h5 - 5 - 5 - x - 5 - 5p3 - 3 - 3 - 0 - 3 and repeat The second part of the main riff is same, but instead of pulling off from the 5th fret of the E string to the 3rd (A to G) you hammer on (or slide to) the 7th fret (A to B)
