14:35 set max attack to "1" and weapons used to all. The max attack means number of times the aircraft will execute an attack before it thinks it has completed its order. For example, if you set it to 4 it will try to attack 4 times before going home.

I don't know anything about DCS, but the image you showed at 5:50 mark is indeed a B-21. It is easy to tell the difference between them and the B-2s by looking at the windows and the trailing edge. The trailing edge of the main body of the B-2 has two additional "teeth" making it look a bit more like a sawtooth edge. The B-21 only has a single point coming back from the main body.
