You should come down to Austin and do this type of video on our commuter rail line! We have the exact same trains as the A-Train and the line is in a much more urban setting (although there are some pretty rural sections with high speeds as well) so I think it would make for a very interesting video.

The DCTA A Train is my local line and I love it. Could you tell me why they do the short wait before pulling into Highland Village?

I'm not 100% sure, but I would guess because it is singe track and they are just timing the arrival of the oncoming train.

It's the ATC system. It's a weird thing where in that spot it says over speed even though the train is going 2mph
