Brandon Sklenar as Batman, that's what I want. Batman with (black/dark blue) and grey, the rebirth logo, would be great on screen, and I really want them to make a suit for Batman where he can cover his entire body with the cape, I want him to do it in live action. In the DCU, I want the version of Batman who carries candy in his utility belt to give to frightened children. I want the Batman who cares about everyone and his enemies and cares about everyone's safety, who jokes with the kids and comforts and supports the people of Gotham. I want them to give Batman power suits when he's with the Justice League, like the ones in the comic books, the hellbat, final batsuit, stealth suit.... I don't want them to make him useless. Fans are always in the theater screaming and getting excited over moments where strong characters are present and Batman rarely does anything that dazzles everyone. I want them to give Batman powerful and epic scenes. I don't know, powerful vehicles and planes that make him participate in combat with monsters and gods, suits, The important thing is that they give Batman screen time, because first of all in the DCU, Batman will be from the comic books and not realistic, and everyone knows Batman what he can do in the comics, and whoever wants realism can watch and enjoy Nolan’s trilogy and Matt Reeves’ movie, because I am really bored of realism in superheroes.

For Batman's suit in the DCU, I would prefer anything similar to The Batman 2004 (or dc rebirth). So claws, short ears, and a dark blue coloring. Other than that I'm fine with anything as long as it looks good.

I like that, but for me I would do medium size bat ears, no claws, a little bit of sewing lines like the Arkham Suits, & do the bat logo that Thomas Wayne had from the Flashpoint comic but change the red to that classic yellow.

The blue they need to use for Batman is what the US Marines use for the best uniform of the military, dress blues. Midnight Blue, it looks black but when light hits it you get a blueish hue to it.

It’s just hard to pull off. I agree with what these other guys said, the white eyes take away emotion. I noticed this on the Arkham games experimenting with the different suits. It looks weird when he’s talking but his eyes sit still versus on a cartoon the eyes can still move shape and show emotion. Also i think the only decent version that may ever come close we already saw with the BVS and Ben affleck’s suit

the lordtech logo is a JL. I dont think they'd use the justice league name like this. the best name they'd use is Justice Lords, because of course he'd use his name in the team name. in the DCAU the justice lords are anti-hero/anti-villain alternate reality version of the DCAU justice league. it'd give them a little bit of an a-hole vibe being called lords. at the end terrific and metamorpho will go off to eventually form the terrifics, hawkgirl and green lantern will go off to eventually form JLI

For the DCU batsuit. They should for the classic vibe with both the colors & trunks. What I would do is make it out of fabric & have the iconic designs be taken from the comics like Superman, but make it look protected kinda like how they did with the Arkham Asylum & City batsuit. Also for the colors; they should take it from "The Brave & The Bold" comic, but only keep the dark blue tint for the cape & cowl only.

Boba, I think the Lord Tech will be used to flesh out that heroes have grown impersonal, comercial and disconnected from traditional heroic values the people the protect. Remember the set video of Hawkgirl, Guy Garner walking in a crowd of kids/teens whichever? Hawkgirl and Guy Walk through and the Crowd sees and acknowledges them but keep their distance but when Superman walks behind them the crowd swarms Superman as if he's beloved. I think that may hint that Hawkgirl and this particular Green Lantern may well be disconnected from the people they protect. They do save people but might not have as much empathy or investment to the regular people that inhabit the DCU. Superman's actions over the course of the film may change their outlook. Hawkgirl/Guy become more traditional heroes through Superman's example

For me, I feel that the Justice League movies should be saved for end of Chapter stuff. We can see other teams and team ups before them (ie Teen Titans, The Young Justice League (both rumored, Teen Titans no get being confirmed as far as I know), but the JL should almost always be a chapter ending crisis that truly requires them to unite unless we get like say a new Justice League cartoon then I am okay with more Justice League. As for if Batman has killed, I will only accept him having killed in this universe if Joker was the one he killed. Otherwise no kill rule all the way. Because I am done with Batman who kills but somehow Joker is still alive.

I've actually done this Math but Superman and Batman having met in the past is possible and best for both and for Dick Grayson (as he canonically is the closest to Superman and took the name of Nightwing from him). Please read when you can Boba!: First to establish some premises and inferences. Superman: - Clark is 30 years old (David Corenswet's age) and well established as Superman and investigate journalist as all confirmed by James Gunn - Most iterations of Clark started in their mid-20s, not long after college. Superman & Lois likely has him start at this age since he's not that old but S1 gives him 15 year old sons, and it's unlikely he debuts, meets, marries and has kids with Lois all within a very short time. My Adventures with Superman had him start as a DP intern and Superman at 22! - The New 52 started with Clark at Year 5, and Rebirth and onward had him returned to year 15-20 (based on Jon and Damian's ages). So the former is relatively still more of a "novice". - Thus DCU Clark starting at 25 and being on Year 5-6 makes sense. Batman: - Assume modern retcons and adaptations where Bruce trained with Ra's before being Batman - Likely possible that he met Talia and conceived Damian in this time. For calculation sake, his final year of training and first year as Batman. Thus Batman Year = Damian's age. - Dick becomes Robin at around 13 in Batman's Year 3 (modern canon) or even Year 2 (original canon since the Golden Age). - Dick becomes Nightwing 5 years later in Batman Year 8 at 18. Jason is either Robin in Years 8-10 or Dick leaves home early to be Robin with the Teen Titans full time to give Tim some years and align with comics where this happened before he became Nightwing anyway. - Brave and the Bold likely releases and takes place 2027 (2 years after Superman, and IRL being after The Batman 2). This will be Batman Year 10 and also Damian's age of 10. By this point, it will also be Superman Year 7. This is also shortly after Jason's death or during Tim's time as Robin (if they don't skip him). Thus, Bruce could be only 3 years earlier than Clark, who debuts and meets him the same year Dick becomes or is Robin. Like in the current World's Finest run. Superman, Batman and Robin could have had adventures in this classic Silver/Bronze Age like era, shaping Dick to be a brighter hero like both and influencing his transformation into Nightwing around the same time (immediately before or after). The timeline works!

I wish I was any good at artwork because I have such a clear design in my head for the Batsuit. I'm certain whatever they do will be fine for me (I really like the Superman suit so I have hope for Batman as well). If they were asking me, I would say grey torso and legs, dark blue gloves, boots, cowl, and cape; do a more angular version of the Arkham and Telltale bat symbols outlined with yellow like Rebirth but with a thicker line to really let it stand apart; no trunks; yellow/gold belt to break up the grey; and then only do the white eyes if they cgi it like they've done with Deadpool and Spider-man bc otherwise, I don't think they work very well; mid-length ears cause i don't agressively long ones but also if they're too short then you can't see em; I want the cape to be able to wrap around his body when he stands still like a dark ghost or something; some armoring but nothing major kind of a blend between the good Batflek suit and the Arkham suits

The all black suit may work like Superman's all black suit and it absorbs a greater amount solar rays faster.

I can look past the underwear on the pants thing, mostly because I don't have a choice, but think it looks ridiculous. The only reason they look like that was for the comics to break up the colors. In live action it looks horrible. They need to come up with some kind of design in their pants that has the color in it but isn't underwear. Its not a deal breaker for me but it is my opinion.

@BobaTalks I've commented several time now that the LordTech logo is a "JL" and you've yet to acknowledge it. It's quite clearly a Justice League logo that LordTech has branded. So we know the Justice League exists already. Guy, Hawkgirl and Mr. Terrific are clearly Justice League members and those uniforms are branding that Max Lord has talked them into. I'm sure by the end of the movie Guy and Hawkgirl will get their classic looks once they realize they've been dupped into fighting an innocent Superman. Maybe they'll say they're quitting and Superman will tell them that the world needs a League and joins the team.

I can see the JL/the two inverted L's, but I don't think it guarantees that the official Justice League has been established just yet, but as I said perhaps this is more of a precursor that evolves into the JL as we know it. I can't really imagine that if this was the official Justice League (of which Batman among others are usually some of the founding members) that Batman among other heroes would be a part of it, sponsored by a corporation and are also in 'LordTech uniforms'. I say that because I can't imagine that 'only some of the Justice League wear the LordTech uniforms such as Guy Gardner, Hawkgirl etc' and others simply do not? That doesn't really add up to the whole 'Justice League' theory with Hawkgirl and the others. That's why I think whatever Maxwell Lord has established with his LordTech team at this point in the DCU, it's a first iteration of what could eventually be known as a Justice League. It's also important to note that despite the JL in the logo, it is simply the logo for the 'LORDTECH' company as seen in advertising posters. Who knows though, there's a lot of details to be ironed out. But again, I don't think it really makes sense for only 'some of the members' to be wearing LordTech uniforms while other members out there from what we can assume to be in the League in this theory, simply don't.

To be honest. Superman’s lined suit reminds me of the subtle lines on the Batman Arkham City suit (might be the Knight version of that suit but ion care). So if I were to make a guess that’s what Batman’s suit will invoke with minor alterations

Snyder had every hero killing. Superman killed Zod; Batman was killing randoms; Wonder Woman tossed the one guy in the SnyderCut so hard against the wall you could see the blood stain from a far where his head hit the wall.

I think that batman the brave and the bold will be about batman reconciling with jason todd’s death. He will be forced to open up and to heal because of the fact that he now has a son in his life that needs his guidance. I also don’t think that Tim drake will exist in the DCU because it makes more sense for batman to take in Damian wayne who is his biological son after jason todd died than Tim drake who isn’t. I do see how batman being traumatized by jason’s death could be compared to the sunder verse batman but I only think that his trauma was internalized and never really dealt with. it was also used to justify batman killing which could’ve also been interesting cause he’d obviously kill the joker then but he just kills in the snyder verse cause it’s edgy

I'm pretty sure Gunn isn't doing the goofy CBM trope of the hero fighting a mirror copy of itself in the first movie. He has said fans are fatigued of lazy writing and seeing the same stories over and over. Do that would be in the category of lazy writing. Him fighting clone of himself seems very unlikely and limits the character of both superman and Lex Luthor. Especially after he said he wouldn't shoot spoilers in public.
