The emote is clearly meant to be used with Hammer Harleen back piece. They tried to make the physics of it realistic, but it would've been better if they'd have made the character jump with their legs open in the air while hammering.

I don't even want to believe it. Because if they only put an ally and not a new power. It will disappoint many who saw the announcement. Many who are waiting for news like a different power, like the one of the blue lanterns.
