Time capsules change a lot in a in a year, yet pvp is still untouch for years, hm.

TC bring in new $$$ for the studio. No real surprise if they produce more TC. They tried to monetise PvP in the past... and it was an epic failure. Most people playing PvP seems to be F2P players who are not willing to spend $$$ on DCUO. So is it really a surprise if the Devs pretty much gave up on PvP and focus on more TC instead?

@@DCUOMultiverse Thanks for the response. I agree I rather to have spent replay badges on PvE before PvP back when it would loot locked. Jan/Sproud(a.k.a. jackass) took roles and gear mods away from PvP gear to 'balance" it. It creating a dps heavy slugfest before all powerset got thier A.M. in place. Post 'Stats Matter' powers like Atomic get nurfedfor PvP and it's PvE suffers awell. May main greif is I wish I grind all my PvP Skill points before now.

Any Time Capsules will give you at least 10 Quarks. Although.... not sure what you mean about dark matter time capsules... there is no such thing. The current Time Capsules is the Dark Multiverse Time Capsule. Is that what you mean?

To get a material thats 5750 you need to open roughly 570+ to get that thing lets say you are free to play and fragments are 3 divide the number by 5

21.5 capsules at most. You get a minimum of 10 Quarks per capsules. But there is a random. So less then 21.5 capsules. If you chose 10 additional Quarks..... then 10.75 capsules or less. Again it depends on the random.

Sadly you need Time Capsules to get Qwarks. Get the free stabilizer fragments every day and you will be able to open some Time Capsules for free.
