What’s the best hair for the animated version ?

Depends on the version, I used Mera's hair for "Young Justice" and "Batman The Animated Series" (Which also counts for Justice League Unlimited). If you are going for the new 52 movies style, I'd use the "Ma'aleca'andra Bangs" hairstyle.
