Balkan how do u get to last investigation? i tryed deafeating it and trapped but none worked for me???

Yo Balkan, did the door open up for you for that last investigation? After I beat throne I couldn't get back in to get the investigation. when I got teleported I was able to get only 1 investigation and 1 briefing but not couldn't find my way around to get the last investigation.
