You gt the point on everything, thats a nice vid ! I still think you need to swap ebon with anything else so you keep your stacks, if you use your finisher you lose everything… or you replace ebon with quislet on ST if you still wanna use that finisher

I cant get ebon to work properly for quantum , i see you dont have your finisher on, how do you use it in content?

This for elite alerts or raids with controller. If not use it with finisher, and mostly on ST

But there is a negative effect being the power cost and for those powers that use lots of power for a rotation maintaining a decent amount of stacks for a solo, duo or alert might he impossible making the art kinda pointless in those situations

Quislet is only strong if you’re spamming supercharges with eog and scrap of the soul cloak while also using pied piper’s flute.

Quis is not only viable for that, the damage is tested as best but think you got a point but EOG is not viable anymore because it can't stack with a heal or tank in group also using it so scrap but No EOG

@@Heartscarrs Just because it doesn’t stack anymore doesn’t mean it isn’t viable the red circle is range as well which somebody lied and told me that the circle was mid-range a while ago. Also if you haven’t seen or heard there’s a new eog spam method where the healers are spamming 10ks off cooldown. And it’s basically better than before because even with 2 eog healers spamming on top of you-you would only get the benefit of 1 of their supercharge regen but the stats at rank 200 did stack. And healers had to use 3 useless supercharges to spam eog now they only need 1 and 2 additional abilities. And before it would take 18 seconds to get 36% supercharge from eog now it takes 12 seconds to get 36% if the healers are taking turns just like they did before eog nerf instead of spamming because spamming was useless. And also technically speaking if you have 3 eog healers that’s infinite supercharge because that would be 56% supercharge in 18 seconds which they would be able to spam their supercharge off cooldown at that point. Ya the red circles maybe have been reduce in damage but wasn’t by that much for 5ks and was buff for 10ks so eog got readjusted to benefit 10ks more and the powersets that have good 10ks. Also red eog can still stack on top of each other not like before but I saw it in content someone told me if they click the supercharge at the same time it stacks on top of each other.
